Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, pricing errors or delivery restrictions prevent us fulfilling it, and will refund any payment taken in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Use of equipment

Fitness equipment must be assembled, inspected and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
