You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email director@ozesports.co.uk or message +44 7306 533021 with your order number to start a return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the returned goods arriving and passing inspection. Original delivery charges are refunded when the whole order is returned.

Faulty or damaged goods

Report any damage or fault within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return carriage, at no cost to you.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, used mouthguards, grips and similar personal items cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom and made-to-order equipment is non-returnable.
